Infant–Toddler Programs

PACCC's Infant–Toddler Programs pride themselves on warm, respectful caregiving. Caregivers work cooperatively with each family to provide the best care, while considering the individual values of each family. Caregivers respect children as individuals, modeling the behavior they wish to teach, and following the lead of the children by being in tune with their style of communication.

infantAll Infant–Toddler Programs serve children 2 months to 3 years of age, while providing a 1 to 4, or better, ratio of teachers to children. A nutritious lunch and two snacks are provided daily.

To be placed on the waiting list at one of PACCC's infant–toddler programs, please review PACCC's enrollment procedures and wait list priority, then fill out the wait list form and return it to the centers you would like to have your child attend.

Enrollment Procedure

  • Contact the center of interest directly and set up a tour of the program. Tours are highly recommended as they allow you to observe the program and ask any questions you may have prior to enrolling. Each program varies in its size, location, environment and curriculum. Our goal is to match families to the program that best meets their needs and desires.
  • If you are interested in subsidized care, you must first contact PACCC's subsidy coordinator at (650) 493-2361 ext.21 before contacting centers.
  • Each site has its own Site Supervisor or Director and maintains a separate wait list. A separate wait list form must be submitted to each center you are interested in attending.
  • Once you submit a wait list form to a center it is recommended that you contact the program periodically to check on your wait list status. Centers will contact you only if space becomes available.
  • Once an enrollment space has been offered to you, it is time complete enrollment forms (see below for Infant-Toddler and Preschool Enrollment forms). Enrollment forms must be completed before your child begins attending the program. Your center's site supervisor or director will assist you with this process and will provide you with a Contract for Services.
