Enrollment/Fees
Enrollment in a PACCC program is based on the schedule needed compared to the space available, and follows PACCC's wait list priority.

Enrollment Procedures
Follow the enrollment procedures listed below. The procedure varies based on each age group.
Enrollment Procedure for Infant-Toddler and Preschool Programs
- Contact the center of interest directly and set up a tour of the program. Tours are highly recommended as they allow you to observe the program and ask any questions you may have prior to enrolling. Each program varies in its size, location, environment and curriculum. Our goal is to match families to the program that best meets their needs and desires.
- If you are interested in subsidized care, you must first contact PACCC's subsidy coordinator at (650) 493-2361 ext.21 before contacting centers.
- Each site has its own Site Supervisor or Director and maintains a separate wait list. A separate wait list form must be submitted to each center you are interested in attending.
- Once you submit a wait list form to a center it is recommended that you contact the program periodically to check on your wait list status. Centers will contact you only if space becomes available.
- Once an enrollment space has been offered to you, it is time to complete enrollment forms (see below for Infant-Toddler and Preschool Enrollment forms). Enrollment forms must be completed before your child begins attending the program. Your center's Site Supervisor or Director will assist you with this process and will provide you with a Contract for Services.
Enrollment Procedure for School-Age Programs
- Contact the Director of the Kids' Club located at your elementary school site. Contact information can be found at the individual center's page in the callout box.
- Each Site Director maintains their own enrollment so they will be able to tell you of the openings they currently have or take your wait list information over the phone.
- If there is space available, you will be asked to come to the program to fill out a "Contract for Services." The space will be held for one week.
- If you get on our wait list, you will be notified by phone as soon as a space becomes available.
- Emergency paperwork can be found on our website and is due prior to the first day of enrollment.
Enrollment Forms
Enrollment forms only need to be completed after you have been offered a space in one of PACCC's programs. Forms must be completed and returned to the center where your child is enrolled prior to their first day of attendance.
To make this process easier, download the following required forms. These forms are necessary for each child's center file.
Click on each link to download the form to your computer. If you have more than one child enrolled at PACCC, you may want to copy the forms to make updating information easier in the future.
Open the saved documents on your computer, make the changes, print, sign and then give the forms to your center director or site supervisor. Remember, signatures must be original.
