Hoover Kids' Club Goals and Objectives
Our goal at HKC is to build strong and lasting relationships, through positive open communication with both children and parents. The staff strive to always be available and involved in the varying interests of the children. We structure our environment in an effort to nurture and support the enthusiasm and creativity that we believe all children share. Finally we strive to encourage FUN.

Hoover Kids' Club Activities
Our daily schedule emphasizes choice, allowing the children to mostly choose how they spend their time. Activities may include but are not limited to, outside time, joining a teacher led project, playing a board game with a friend or maybe just finding a quiet corner to read. Activities that are provided daily include a healthy, nutritious snack as well as quiet time for homework. Wednesday afternoons are spent in themed "Clubs." These are small teacher led groups that meet for the month.

Parent Information and Participation
Each HKC family receives a weekly email newsletter as well as a monthly newsletter. PACCC's monthly Child Cares Newsletter is also distributed via email.

Families are encouraged to become involved with the program. We host fundraisers throughout the year as well as family potluck events.
